        I have been very happy with products I have ordered previously but not this. One catch on the plastic shell was broken and the copy film was poorly rolled on the spindle. I has to unroll and re-roll it to get it correct. It still worked so it was not worth the trouble & cost of returning but not too happy with it.

            I ordered 2 cartridges, one the frame should have been discarded several refills ago; the frame was cracked. The other looks better. The ribbon works perfect.
