Better than expected. Good quality construction, rings line up well and lock together reasonably well. The binder also comes with 2 plastic flaps that helps prevent back and front papers slide more easily during opening and closing.. Unfortunately, they are NOT Slant-DRings as the descriptions says. They are simply DRings. Although not exactly as described, we will be ordering more for sure as it's the best price anywhere for this size and type of binders.
