Product came on time, well packaged, and worked as desired. With an old printer, like mine, I could not buy this cartridge locally so I am very pleased to have found what I wanted. Price was high but I don't have a comparison from a local shop so perhaps theirs would have been the same. I would buy from this supplier again.

I can only attest that the product arrived on time, in the original HP package, but I haven’t opened it yet. I ordered in fear that being for an old printer it would eventually disappear from the market, so it will stay nicely sealed till I need it. I have been a customer for quite some times and so far I have always been pleased.

price w/shipping was too high, compared to other retail available. although website availability reported "in-stock" I had to wait for 2 additional weeks due to "out of stock". would not order again

Not much to say about the product except that it is the right one, the genuine article, not an imitation, and works as expected. Shipping was fast and the price was decent. Driving somewhere to pick one up would be quite expensive for me. I will buy(and have bought) from these people again.
