the product is just as awesome as all the other toners I have previously purchased, sadly the communication did not go well and i waited a week instead of the usual 2 or 3 days i usually wait for the product, but overall I am happy with the experience the only thing that could improve it is that I did write an email to customer service inquiring for the status on my order and I never did get a reply from their department, never having written them an email before I don't know if this is common or not
