I have dropped my phone face down and the tempered glass save it. Now it looks like an anti-theft screen protector cause of the slight cracks.

This product works well when first applied. However, I cannot get them to make a solid seal around the edges. It is not long before the screen begins to lift from the edge along one side and I get what appears to be an air bubble there which will not flatten out and go away when the screen is on the phone. When I have attempted to remove the glass to retry applying it has snapped and broken it.

Hello Nelly ,thanks for your kind feedback .I see you ordered it on 2014/09/06 .But we just cover one month warranty for it .If you 1stly report the issue to us ,we may send a replacement for you to try .I guess you didn't operate it correctly when you try to solve the problem ,so it was snapped and broken .But right now we can not honor the warranty any more .Thanks for your kind consideration .Best regards
