First one shipped to me did not work, company immediately sent a replacement. Sound quality in the car is not the best, but the value for money spent is acceptable

Works well, but seems to have very short range. Need to be within 10 feet of phone for good connection.

I unfortunately had to return this. The Bluetooth itself seemed great although I didn't get a chance to use it because the loop that sits around the ear to hold the Bluetooth in place is very difficult to attach and keeps falling off.
