Installation was fairly straightforward, but it is better to straighten out the exposed wire through the upper part of the unit, or it will twist horribly upon final assembly. Also, do not leave excessive amounts of wire which will have to be crammed into the electrical box in the ceiling. When I first installed the lamp I made both of these mistakes. As it happened, I had to take it down and install it in another room, and then everything went smoothly and the installation is perfect. This is more or less a two-person job; certain stages of the installation would be very difficult for one person (unless they had 4 arms!) All things considered, I am very satisfied with the product; it is simple and elegant, and very good value for the price. pgs in Montreal

Il n'y avait aucun livret d'instruction pour l'installation ce qui aurait été apprécié pour facilité l'opération d'installation. Nous avons également fouillé sur le net pour trouver celui-ci, mais en vain. Malgré tout, l'installation n'as pas été trop pénible. Comme le commentaire mentionné par l'autre usagé, le cable électrique fini par ce twister énormément dans la boite de jonction lors des dernières étapes d'assemblage ce qui a créer quelques complications lors de l'installation. Outre l'installation, le produit répond a nos attentes. L'éclairage de 3x60W donne un éclairage chaleureux pour agréamenter nos soupers. Le fini nickel brossé est bien et la qualité générale des pièces est bonne. Bon prix (49$), bon produit.
