A gift for my husband after he purchased a Nikon D5100 and started taking photography class. He was really satisfied with it. It's an ideal FIRST lens for Nikon. I don't know quite much about shooting gadget but searching online + proposals from friends, it seems I had a right choice after I saw the photos using it.

It might not be the best lens, but it's absolutely the most suitable one for me as a start. I bought it for my Nikon D3000, and practised during the snow, the photo came out amazing!!! Worth to recommend!!!
