A simple little thing that helps you be sure that your shots are level, while concurrently protecting the contacts on your hot shoe. One thing that I found is that it seems to disable the internal flash while installed (T5i/700D), so if you know you're going to need to use the basic flash, you'll want to pull this out and chuck it in the bag until you're done. All in all, an inexpensive insurance policy that helps keep your shoes clean and your horizons leveled. Can't really go wrong. d=O)
