Has a PC Sync port for external flash so you don't loose your hot shoe completely! This is just the controller (aka Transmitter) for your flash(es). You need to buy Receiver(s) separately to put on your flash(es) and they need to be the ones with the LCD screens - not the cheaper 'dumb ones' (as they use a completely different wireless signal). Out of stock for Receivers here so had to get from China, took a while but worth it.

I bought this Yongnuo controller to complement the two Yongnuo YN-622C CANON trigger/transceivers I already own. The controller works flawlessly without having to access the Canon flash menu which can be somewhat clunky to do. There are plenty of reviews out there regarding operation, so I won't go on about that. 123InkCartridges shipped several days faster than the anticipated shipping schedule indicated. Using some accumulated, previous purchase "bonus bucks" brought the final price down even lower. Nice!!
