just got it today haven't actually used it yet but its really well-built. the adjustments are really quick with a quick-release clamp how to adjust your height there's a nice handle at the top really smooth and solid a nice weight and the top of the monopod has a carabiner that you can clip onto your camera bag which is a nice touch. I'm looking forward to shooting some football and hockey with this
