I just installed 3 brackets and found the bracket to be manufactured poorly. The left and right sides are not flush when the coupler plate is installed resulting in the TV to be not level. I bought the same one from Shoppers a couple of weeks ago and the coupler plate was not straight and useless to be installed. Very happy with Shoppers they refunded my purchase.
