My first T8 LED order for replacing two kitchen twin-tube fluorescent light fixtures. It was easy to bypass the ballasts to directly power the new LED light tube. First fixture took under 10 minutes, second fixture took only 5 minutes. Use an ohm meter to determine proper wires for polarity. Make sure you know what you are doing, or hire help. Super bright in comparison, and saves energy too.

The description of how to wire these was very vague; I finally figured out the L was "live" (black), N "non live" (white). I just wired all the L with the black wires and the N with white and it works....so far. Nice lights, our fixtures required farther adjusting as they had the light pointing to the side. Well worth the purchase.
