I purchased this to replace an older one that had failed after being used since August/2019. We need it to convert the HDCP 2.2 output from our receiver to an older TV that is only HDCP 1.3 compatible. Otherwise we have to hookup our Telus 4K box directly to the TV bypassing the receiver or buy a new TV. Service from Shopper+ was absolutely superb. I called to make sure they had it in stock and they had 2 in their Vancouver warehouse. I ordered it on March 15, 2022 and it arrived by Fedex in Alberta on March 18th. I am so impressed with Shopper+ that they will be my go to source for a lot of things from now on.

I'm not using it anymore, but I had no problem with it. I had some troubles with my computer graphics card and my HDMI splitter so I had to use this converter, and it fixed my problem.
