Excellent product/purchased as "open box". Like new. Did not come with USB cord. Had to order USB from another site to get working. Should have a prompt at purchase point to indicate that printer does not come with USB that is required to function. Otherwise happy with product and customer service was quick to respond to my query about the USB cord.

it comes non functional, doesn't have a USB cable.
