Kyocera Mita TK-3122 1T02L10US0 Compatible Black Toner Cartridge
bon produit
I just got this and have not tried it out yet. But I am reviewing at this point to add an important detail. This toner cartridge DOES include a toner waste container. Five stars for that minus 1 star because the description of the product does not tell you that and because when I called to ask 123Ink if the waste container was included, the agent went to check and called me back to say that it does NOT have a toner waste container. The fact is, it does. After I have used the product for a while and compared it with the OEM, I will, if I remember, write a review of the actual performance of this compatible toner. Let me add that the agent was courteous and did get back to me. The reason I went ahead and ordered this even though I thought it would mean having to clean my old waste toner container is because I have always been pleased that 123Ink stands behind their products more than several of their competitors. Non-OEM toner does, typically, have more problems, but 123 goes out of their way to make it right and for that reason they have made me a loyal customer.
This is actually an update on my previous review, as promised. The Cartridge performed flawlessly throughout its expected life. I got a little over 15.000 pages (less than 21,000, but my printing was pretty dense).
