It is really hard to use. Once you push it back up, you cannot pull it down. I have to remove the hanging plant and climbed up to the high ceiling to manipulate it again just to reset it. Therefore it gave me more trouble than making thing easier for me. i bought four and ended up returning them, when one of them became jammed.
