    They are not a color I would have picked but I can live with that. Speaking as a smallish man these are designed for women with wrists the size of kindergarten children. I can barely get these wrist weights to go around my less than 8 inch wrists, if I had another inch of wrist they would not ever fit on me.

      I have small wrists and these just touch the very ends of the velco and they will fall off quickly when you move, it would have been better with the hole at the end
