I decided to buy the Epson refills as opposed to the generic brand I usually buy from you---Huge mistake. The carton holding the refills looked as though it had been run over by a forklift and had every indication that it had been on a shelf for a while. The print quality is abysmal and ink level is now shown as low after printing 3 (yes three pages) I can't get a reasonable job without continually cleaning the head.
