One of the glass charms was broken. I ordered 3 sets. Given the expected use, (i.e. ability to discern in a group which glass is yours) one would expect that an effort would have been made to ensure that the three sets were different. I received two the same so can't really use the third set . I guess they're spares.

One charm was broken and one was chipped. I got the flower one and all 6 were different sizes. Customer Service was good at providing a refund. Even with the issue of broken charms I would have liked to order multiple sets in different styles but this isn't something that you would want duplicates of. Wish there is an option to select specific styles.
