Good product for price

J'ai un problème d'eau qui dégoutte depuis l'installation. J'ai écrit à support shopper sans succès. Je vais encore appeler au service à la clientèle. Je ne suis pas content.

Warning, the product worked well for a few months t but then it started leaking. After many back and forth emails and phone calls witht the customer service, they said I have to repair it because they can't replace it, the warranty being 30 days. the problem is that it can't be fixed because the faucet is manufactured in a way that we can't reach the pipes. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer help politics of Shopper+

Exactly as described, very good elegant looking, had to return because it was too big, but nothing wrong with faucet

ONLY A 30 DAY warranty! Was a great item overall, until it started leaking from the faucet. the main floor into the basement. Too bad we order a lot from living.ca and even with our frequent customer purchases they wouldn't even exchange it. So just know that before you buy any faucets or items that would generally need a half decent warranty. (ie at least a year)
