The product itself is nice even though the leg is pretty weak if you want to sit on it. I gave 2-star mainly because of the poor service from this website. When I ordered several items from this website at the same time, I got email notification that they will be split into 2 packages. Then I got 3 canadapost notice cards to pick them up. Still, the package for this products missed some nuts and screws which later I found out that they came in the 4th package. I went back to canadapost to pick it up but they said they could not find it. I know it was partly the canadapost fault. But if the assembling team didn't do a sloppy job, it wouldn't have to be split in too many packages and get lost. It was the first and the last time I ordered from them.
