3.5 stars. One of the vertical frame did not seem to stick well to my ceiling. I'm unsure if it's the product or my ceiling is uneven. The 2 basket trays felt like it would not withstand the expected 5 kg so I didn't anything over 3-4 kg. Good product value overall for its price as it's very functional.
