It’s a big step up from my previous printer. I love that there is a paper drawer and that the 2 sided printing is automatic. When I print from my phone, though, it is a little blurry. But everything else is good

I dont like the service. I ordered it 3 weeks ago, and I still didn't receive it. I communicated with customer service and nobody can tell me where is my order.
