Don't really have any complaints on these tank cartridges. The work just fine and lasting much longer than a traditional cartridge is wonderful! All that said, I must add that the "once a year" replacement claim on Brother adverts is very optimistic. Three to five months would be more correct.

Delivery was quick, no problem with Shopper+ service. Product works fine. No problems there. The only disappointment is the +/- 1 year life span statement by Brother which is hopelessly overstated. +/- 3 months would be more correct.
