Keeps time. I do not see a way to adjust the time if it needs speeding up or slowing down but so far that is not a problem. It is just the right size I was looking for with large clear numbers.

Great wall clock. I had it for 6 months and no problems at all. Easy to read.

Neither wood, nor glass, but it is silent. There is a plastic lens covering the hands, but the fake wood trim is shiny and cheap looking.
