I received a replacement cartridge today, free of charge, to replace the non-functional one I mentioned in a previous review by me. I filled it, installed it, and that did the trick. Thanks for the good costumer support!

Excellent way to avoid having to order new ink cartridges at the last moment. Just refill and keep on printing.

The black cartridge stopped working after 10 or so pages. Tried everything to fix. I'm pretty sure it's the little chip / electronics on the cartridge that the printer talks to. Please send a replacement. Ideally, this should work really well and it was printing nicely.
