      Can I give this item zero leaves? Item came to me in packaging that was taped up with Scotch tape, there was someone else's hair on the head phone pads. The head phone pads were well worn and the item does not work at all.

        As there is only 1 plug, they did not work on a window 7 computer, we had to return them.
