Sound quality for music and calls was good. in-line controls are good. The hook that's supposed to hold this in place in my ear swivels on the main earpiece cylinder, which means I had to frequently readjust it. That defeats the purpose of having them lock in place for workouts and such. Might be possible to fix it with a bit of glue or something else to add friction or make it sticky, but seems like a design oversight.
