    Came with the supports installed the wrong way. Needed to take them off and put them back the other way around. Good product for the price though. Padding is sufficient.

    This Armrest does make working on my laptop much more comfortable. However, I do wish that it did flip completely under my desktop out of the way for when I'm not using my laptop, and so I could push my chair under my desk.

      It took some manipulation to get the board to stay in place and not slide down, but now I am happy with the purchase. It saves my arms from the pain that no support can bring. Thank you.
