Shipping was quick, package was undamaged, price was really good. It said Medium Firm and I would agree with that. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I'm vary happy with the purchase.

What a disappointment - in the product and customer service. As you can clearly see in the pictures there are two undeniable flaws in the mattress. I followed the instructions of allowing the mattress to fully expand for a minimum of 48 hours. I contacted customer service and their only solution was to give it more time. It is now two weeks later, the flaws still exist in the mattress and customer service have provided no resolution. Buy WITH hesitation!
