        I ordered two bottles of Grey GY ink for Epson ET-8550. But they sent me two bottles of Black PB ink. I sent email with picture (I took it 10 min after delivery) within two days. No reply. Than, after week another email - no reply. Than after week complain on website form - no reply. So actually it is not review for ink (I don't have it) but for customer support.
