The last time I used my phone in the car just sitting and wobbling around in a cup holder I vowed I'd get one of these. Wasn't sure when I ordered how solid it would be installed and if it would obstruct anything else in that area. No worries. It fits nice and snug and does not obstruct the other cup holder or slots or gear change etc. Inserting and releasing the phone is a snap. Very pleased.

It's a little larger and requires some room in front of it since the mounting ball is fixed to the base in one spot. If your cup holders are next to other items like a shifter then this may get in the way...
