Stainless steel strainer. Would have given 5 star but the size of it was small. Good quality and does work. It strains sugar from balls sugar. Flour too and tried straining oil from food fried.

This has become the only sieve I use in my kitchen. The frame allows me to rest it on the pot, or any surface without making a mess while draining or sifting. Great quality..., well made.
