Beware of open box, obviously they do not check it as it was used and didnt work. Alot of back and forth with Customer Service who said that it wasnt used and they couldnt offer me a replacement as it wasnt in stock. I stated "well you have another listed on your website" to which they said we do not. I purchased the replacement, for more money. They did refund the original amount, more of a customer service complaint
