      I followed the instructions of shaking the cartridge before installation. After printing 1 page, the following pages were not printed. Before printing I have to take out the cartridge, shake it vigorously and successfully print 1 page. I have to repeat this action to print every page. This is really frustrating.

            I ordered it for my HP M139W. Did the auto update disable, but still do not print. Got the printout "Printer must be set up the HP Smart ap" How can I make it work. Thanks. Oliver

              this is a compatible cartridge and there's no instruction on how to change the setting to no auto refill for the HP printer, my printer is still not recognizing the cartridge so I still can't print.. I contacted 123ink for the instruction and still waiting for answer
