very good product, very sturdy and smooth operation, very quiet, seems very well build, only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is because is should have a led light under the bed, but one bed work, the other one no, customer service wants me to take pictures, I guess will be showing no lighting under, it make no sense, but the product quality make up for it, I do recomended
