It worked right out of the box, so that's a plus! Print quality seems on par with OEM, but only time will tell if it lasts as long. The printer keeps telling me that the toner is low, but the annoyance is a small proce to pay for the savings.

Did not work on my brand new printer. Have been exchanging multiple messages with customer service for nearly a month trying to get my money back. Eventually bought a real HP cartridge. Still going back and forth with customer service ("send us a photo of your printer, try the second cartridge..."). Now, they are supposed to send me a "tool" to allow me to switch chips between the real cartridge and theirs. Not hopeful it will work and don't think I'll ever get my money back. All this to save a few dollars. Definitely not worth it.
