I thought there was a chip on the conical burr but after getting a replacement, it seems that this is a manufacturing defect. I'm sure that there shouldn't be what appears to be a chip on the conical burr itself because then you wouldn't get a consistent grind, but why would I get two with the exact same issue? It doesn't make any sense.
