The cartridge works well. However, the product was on back order. I contacted Shopper+ more than 10 business days after my purchase to enquire. That's when I was informed that it was not initially available. I waited another10+ days before it arrived. This being my first time ordering from Shopper+, I wondered if I had been scammed.
