I bought this to replace one like it. I am impressed with the spped in which the water gets to the appropriate temperature. It seem as sturdy as my previous model and gets used frequently. I like it ,and I hope it lasts.

The kettle itself is fine, just as expected from Salton. However the shipping from Shopper Plus was VERY slow. Took almost s month to arrive from the date I placed the order. Pleased with the product but not the customer service.
