Service is good, (4.5) quality has been a problem lately (2 or 3). The turn-around time for you to receive and credit the defective cartridges is much slower than the shipping out time, which is great. But with so many defective cartridges - 3 in a row now - it is getting to be a hassle that might not be worth the savings. If I was a new customer I might not stay with you,
