Depuis plusieurs années, je commande mes cartouches d'encre chez 123cartridge. Merci pour le service de livraison impeccable. Cependant à ma dernière commande la cartouche NE-T069 Yellow, l'encre était sèche et donc inutilisable. Cependant, j'ose croire que cela n'a été qu'un incident de parcours. proceeding thru payment and checkout is not clear. Maybe it takes more practice, but this has been my experience each time. Also when you check on one item it takes you to checkout and not easy to get back to the page with other items you also wanted to check.
