Dear Sir/Madam The quality of cartridges are not good. we are able to print max up to 1000 pages with each one. Another issue is, upon use a new toner and after max 500 pages we keep receiving an annoying message that drum needs to be replaced. Every day local Chinese suppliers come to our office and offer lower price, but we still are royal client and continue to purchased from you. At lease please supply a good product. Issue: Ordering ink for my Brother MFC-650dw 1) If I select "ink & toner" from the bar (top left) I am requested to use drop downs to find printer. Once down it takes me to another field where I am required to AGAIN enter my printer details. 2) Despite having added 3 items to my shopping cart when I went to add "Brother LC103BK New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge High Yield - G&G™ / $8.49" it wouldn't add the item. Tried have a dozen times... finally selected "product description" and then "add to cart" from there... it worked.

I am trying to add an item to my just placed order. The "Order Placed" screen says, "Need to make a change? No Problem!" There is a problem! There are 24H live chat and phone options. First I tried the Live Chat, after waiting 4 -5 minutes with no response, it gave me an email option; then I tried phoning, after going through your voice mail system (english or french, etc.). and waiting through several messages, it hung up on me.
