I would have rated Fantastic, but last time I ordered it took about 1 week before my inks were mailed (even though it stated on the site that they were IN STOCK). Hopefully it was just a one off.

sur le site Internet, la qualité du français n'est pas bonne à 100%. Il y avait aussi des bouts en anglais. Certaines images ne s'affichent pas. La première fois que j'ai essayé de payer, j'ai reçu le message suivant : Sorry We can not connect Credit Card Center now, please try later or try another payment method. J'ai donc dû recommencer. En plus le message est en anglais et contient des fautes.

The thing we don't like is when we receive product with no date, or expired product. we also have issues with product not working for our customers. I wish there was an easier return system with your company.we do a fair bit of business with you, but the work involved in returning product is very time consuming.
