got an email last week saying you rec'd my order. I checked for it expecting it in a few days, nothing! Couldn't figure out why. Apparently it is possible to get a 'we rec'd your order' email only to find out if you read the small print, that it was unpaid and you were waiting payment. I NEEDED that ink so this was a big hiccup in my week. Then I tried to pay and I was stuck and couldn't seem to pay. I am sure there was a way but it wasn't obvious. I did get my last order quickly. That is why I used your site again.

It was easy to find what I needeed and your site is easy to work with. the only problem is I bought cartridges 116 last year and it did work only for about 1 month and then my printer stop printing with these cartridges. I had to buy original cartridges in order for my printer to work. Hope this time , it will work properly.
