I tried to order this over the phone a few days ago and the woman that helped me told me that I could not have a different shipping address from the billing address. The order went through on my credit card but then I got a cancelled order email a few days later. I have not seen a credit returned to my credit card yet but I had to place the order online so that my uncle could get his Christmas gift. I was able to put two different addresses in online. I was disappointed by the telephone order. I hope that my uncle gets his gift really soon and that my credit card is reimbursed the first order amount of $146.89 Thank you Pamela Gordon

La marche à suivre du site est trop compliquée. Et les réponses à nos questions n'étant pas répondues sur le site il faut faire appel au chat et alors c'est bcp plus long d'arriver seulement à placer la commande! De plus, le nu. de tél. indiqué sur le site n'est pas bon 1-866 *** ****, on nous dit qu'il faut faire le code régional!!! Si l'on pouvait rejoindre dès le début un commis cela faciliterait les choses. Par contre le commis au chat a été utile mais c'est trop long comme méthode, son tél. finalement s'est avéré le plus efficace. Je ne sais pas si je tenterai ici à nouveau l'expérience car j'ai perdu bcp de temps! Merci. J'espère bien recevoir sous peu mes 3 cartouches. LFD
