Service is great. I like the low prices on ink & toner. Recently ordered a Bicycle Phone Holder, that turned out to be a cheap plastic piece of junk that would not work and would not safely hold my phone. I think it was on sale for $3.49 or there about. Not worth sending back, but was a waste of money. I would like to see you ship product out of your Richmond, BC warehouse. It would make it much quicker for those of us in the Vancouver area. I would pickup there, but not placed well for getting to by bus. I am looking to buy a camera flash in the future for my Nikon D40
