Having a pop-up window continually suggest what I want to buy (it's always wrong!), while I am in the middle of trying to select a long list of items that I actually DO want to buy, is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Please eliminate this stupid feature of your website, or at least offer an easy way to opt out of it on a permanent basis. Other than that, the website seems to function fairly well. It was way better before this annoying pop-up thing was added. Now everything takes way too long --- in fact, this time I even had to go back and revise my order because, in dealing with this distraction, I missed one item on my list. Thanks! Mark

when a customer is returning their history should be easily found so one can just re-order the same things if wished rather than wade through the process again. If that is in place I don't know where to find the 'path'. Plus finding AND coupon codes I found impossible and gave up, not impressed!
