One thing I always like to see with online ordering is a "PRINT" button on the final confirmation page. I have had a time where my Email server is down so there is a delay in receiving the order confirmation via that route. A print option on the web order would at least give me the order number and totals in a hard copy for me to either send over to finance and/or receiving for follow up.

Your listings for these cartridges are confusing (inconsistent write-up) making comparison difficult. Also had to go to Chat line (Crystal) to get clarification about "Lucky10" discount ...Your current ads talk about all kinds of "Black Friday Savings" etc., but they don't seem to exist on cartridges and it's too hard to figure out pricing etc. Item descriptions need revising for precise consistency...will save a lot of time and errors, I'm sure.

At least 2+ weeks ago I inquired (via live chat) about returning some cartridges I had ordered by mistake. The return was authorized & I was told a return label would be emailed to me. I never received it so just had another on-line chat & this time I received it right away. Unfortunate it didn't happen that quickly after the first chat - I would have my refund by now.
